CeyCal takes full employee responsibility which includes but not limited to federal / local taxes, unemployment, worker’s comp, insurance and benefits as applicable to individual contract and employment law.


Service Highlights

Implemented and managed a comprehensive exclusive volume based pay-rolling contract for the Boeing Company western states with no mark-up price increase for 10 years with an estimated overhead cost savings of over 31% per year for Boeing compared with the previous vendor.

Established temporary turn-key offsite facility (close to customer) to complete short fall and back-up work due to staff reduction. Programs supported were Boeing B1 and Northrop/Grumman B2. Substantial cost savings were established in both programs and was nominated for supplier of the year by Northrop.
